Brown-Gordon Consulting is a boutique consulting firm operating in the UK and overseas.
The business was established in January 2012 by Neil Brown and Graeme Gordon.
The consultancy is focussed exclusively on the communications market and represents
communications network operators and service providers, regulators, equipment &
infrastructure vendors and site & facilities providers.
We handle industry specific commercial, infrastructure and regulatory work for network
providers, service providers, equipment and infrastructure suppliers, and major users of
comms systems and services - both in the UK and internationally.
We support UK public sector ICT project work including PSN projects, community
broadband projects, and demand aggregation schemes.
We provide advice to major UK landowners on the successful management of their
relationships with mobile and fixed operators, including code powers, wayleaving, and
streetworks advice.
We provide advice and support to regulators and the industry in liberalising markets
(including licence drafting and compliance together with advice on other regulatory
instruments).
We advise on industry specific data protection and data retention issues worldwide.
